WHO says ‘high risk of biological hazard’ after Sudan laboratory seized

The representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Sudan stated on Tuesday that there was a “high risk of biological hazard” following the seizure of a laboratory by one of the warring groups in Sudan.

Nima Saeed Abid told reporters in Geneva over a video link that conflict in Sudan had resulted in at least 459 deaths and 4,072 injuries.
