Two Alabama teens charged with murder in ‘Sweet 16’ party shooting
A state police spokesperson stated Wednesday that two Alabama teens were arrested for murder in a “Sweet 16” birthday party shooting that killed four and wounded 32.
Sergeant Jeremy Burkett of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said in a news conference that Tuskegee residents Ty Reik McCullough, 17, and Travis McCullough, 16, were detained and charged with four charges of reckless murder.
The Mahogany Masterpiece Dance Studio in Dadeville, a 3,200-person town 50 miles (80.47 km) northeast of Montgomery, was shot on Saturday.
